When exposed to very hot temperatures you may suffer first from heat exhaustion, which manifests itself as one or several of the following :
- rectal temperature 39 °C
- dizziness or vertigo, fatigue or weakness,
- a headache,
- rapid pulse,
- rapid breathing,
- muscle cramps or heat cramps
- “heat sensations” on the head or neck
- chills
- goose bumps
